Agreement
These Terms govern your use of apps and services provided by M2 Technologies, including JustSay, AlertBox, FraudAlert, PaisaAlert and StaffAlert. By installing or using the Services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
Using the Services
- Use the Services only for lawful purposes and in line with applicable laws and Google Play policies.
- Keep your device and any account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- Do not reverse engineer, resell, or interfere with the Services, or use them to harm others.
Payment alerts and scam warnings
AlertBox, PaisaAlert and FraudAlert help you notice payments and spot likely scams. They rely on notifications from third-party apps and on automated detection, which can be delayed, incomplete or wrong. They do not replace your bank or UPI app. Always confirm transactions in your official banking channels, and use your own judgement before acting on any call or message.
Voice typing
JustSay transcribes and polishes speech automatically. Review text before sending it; we are not responsible for messages sent with transcription errors.
Subscriptions
Some features require a paid subscription. Prices, trial periods and billing cycles are shown in the app before purchase. Subscriptions bought through Google Play renew automatically until cancelled in Google Play, and are subject to Google Play’s terms. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
Intellectual property
The Services, including their software, design and brand names, belong to M2 Technologies. We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the apps on devices you own or control.
Disclaimer and liability
The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, M2 Technologies is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for losses arising from missed or incorrect alerts, undetected fraud or transcription errors.
Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or end access if these Terms are breached or if required by law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
