4. User Account and Registration

5. Required Permissions
To function properly, FraudAlert requires the following Android permissions:

6. Subscription and Payment
6.1 Premium Subscription
- FraudAlert offers a premium subscription with enhanced features
- Subscription fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually)
- Payments are processed through Razorpay, a secure third-party payment processor
- All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated
6.2 Auto-Renewal
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
- Your payment method will be charged within 24 hours prior to the start of each renewal period

9. Disclaimer of Warranties
FraudAlert provides fraud detection assistance but cannot guarantee 100% accuracy. Users must:
- Exercise their own judgment regarding suspicious activities
- Not rely solely on the App for fraud prevention
- Report suspected fraud to appropriate authorities
- Take additional security measures to protect their information
10. Data Usage and Privacy
Your use of FraudAlert is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the App, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

- All content, features, and functionality of FraudAlert are owned by M2Tech
- Our trademarks, logos, and brand features are protected intellectual property

- User-generated content remains your property, but you grant us a license to use it for service provision

FraudAlert integrates with third-party services including Firebase, Razorpay, and Google Sign-In. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.
