Eligibility for Refund
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- You purchased a FraudAlert premium subscription
- You request a refund within 3 days (72 hours) of your initial purchase date
- This is your first purchase of a FraudAlert premium subscription
- You have not previously received a refund for FraudAlert
Not Eligible for Refund
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- More than 3 days have passed since your purchase
- You are requesting a refund for a subscription renewal (only the initial purchase qualifies)
- You have already received a refund for FraudAlert in the past
- Your account has been terminated due to violation of our Terms and Conditions
- You have abused or violated our refund policy
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, follow these steps:
- Email us at support@m2tech.io with the subject line "Refund Request"
- Include the following information:
- Your registered email address
- Order ID or transaction ID from your payment receipt
- Date of purchase
- Reason for refund (optional, but helps us improve)
- Wait for confirmation: We will review your request within 1-2 business days
Alternatively, you can use our support form to submit your refund request.
Refund Processing Time
- Review: We will review your refund request within 1-2 business days
- Approval: If approved, we will initiate the refund immediately
- Processing: Refunds are processed through Razorpay and typically take 5-7 business days to appear in your account
- Bank Processing: The final credit to your account depends on your bank's processing time
Refund Method
All refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase. We cannot process refunds to different payment methods or accounts.
After Refund
Once your refund is processed:
- Your premium subscription will be immediately canceled
- You will lose access to all premium features
- Your account will remain active with free tier features (if applicable)
- You can repurchase a subscription at any time, but future purchases will not be eligible for refund
Partial Refunds
We do not offer partial refunds or prorated refunds for:
- Unused portions of your subscription period
- Features you did not use
- Subscription renewals
Auto-Renewal and Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your subscription to avoid future charges but keep your current access, you can:
- Go to Settings in the FraudAlert app
- Select "Manage Subscription"
- Turn off auto-renewal
This will prevent future charges while allowing you to use the service until the end of your current billing period. This is not the same as requesting a refund.
Disputed Charges
If you believe you were charged incorrectly or fraudulently:
- Contact us immediately at support@m2tech.io
- Do not initiate a chargeback without contacting us first
- We will investigate and resolve legitimate billing errors promptly

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. The refund policy in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to your transaction.
